*If managers are seeking coaching support, I strongly recommend that organisations fund this support from training and development budgets. Coaching investment generally offers a strong return albeit in ways which are hard to measure in financial terms. For example, improved resilience, reduction in sickness absence, increased team morale, more efficient working practices and improved performance. If you are a private individual who lacks organisational support and are considering self-funding, please contact me to discuss investment options.

Please note that special rates are available for charitable organisations.

“I found my coaching sessions with Jo extremely valuable. The Emotional Intelligence Profile is an incredibly powerful tool, and Jo was an insightful and thoughtful guide through the exploration process.

She has an amazing ability to listen, identify an issue, question closely and then reflect back what I’m trying to articulate, in a way that is both empathetic and incisive. Jo’s compassionate curiosity felt supportive and seemed to cut right through to the root of the problem. She’s extremely easy to talk to and to be open with, and during our conversations I’ve had several ‘lightbulb’ moments where I’ve been able to see something that I find challenging in a completely different light.

Jo’s approach has given me the confidence to feel like I can create the positive change I want to see, and her coaching skill has enabled me to work out the steps to make that happen. I’m so glad to have worked with her. “
